Soups On Cooking Class!
Celebrate National Soup Month by learning the basics of soup making. Both meat and vegetarian based soups will be featured. Recipes will be demonstrated during the class. You will also learn how to alter recipes to fit your dietary needs and constraints. This class will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Class is $12.00 per person. This class will be taught by Kelly Mayfield R.D.
